Classes (for Beginners and Experienced Couponers)
Couponing can save (those who do it) a
lot of money. Regularly save 50% to 70% when you shop! Discover ways to find,
sort, and organize your coupons for maximum savings. Topics that will be
covered include couponing basics, arithmetic, lingo, policies, stockpiling vs.
hoarding, the hidden costs of couponing, grocery store & pharmacy shopping, Q&A,
and sharing. Whether you are a new couponer or an avid couponing veteran, you
will be able to learn strategies to maximize your savings. No previous
couponing experience is necessary for any class.
Your Next Coupon Class Awaits!!!
I am currently scheduling coupon classes for the spring and summer in my home (Beltsville, MD). All classes are FREE with a minimum of five participants. Classes are held Monday thru Thursday for two hours anytime between 12 noon and 9 PM. So, gather yourself and four others for really great time learning all the coupon strategies that can help you become a strategic couponer.
All canned foods are for the Queen's Chapel United Methodist Church food pantry to provide meals for families in need. A minimum of 5 participants and 5 canned food + 1 bottle of hot sauce each is requested.

All classes are two hours long and we will cover quite a lot of information.
Here are the materials you should plan to bring:
- 1 laptop per 1-2 persons or smartphone or iphone
- The current ad for your favorite supermarket and/or pharmacy.
- Any coupons you already have on hand.
- 1 pair scissors
- 1 highlighter (preferably yellow)
- 1 pack post it notes
- 1 pencil or pen (pencil is preferred)
- 1 calculator
- several paper clips
- Your supermarket and/or pharmacy loyalty card(s)
- Your grocery shopping list for the coming week and/or a list of what you need because it is almost gone.
- If you still have it, a supermarket or pharmacy receipt from your most recent shopping trip.
- And of course, 5 cans of veggies + 1 bottle of hot sauce per person :o) Size or brand is unimportant.
