Cheap Eggs at ShopRite!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Davidson's Safest Eggs are on sale at ShopRite for $1.99 dz.  I did not realize I still had the link to their coupon until I saw it while cleaming out my inbox.

Save this email somewhere and revisit the link about once per month or each time you see the Davidson's Safest Eggs on sale anywhere.  If you visit a store that doubles this coupon and the sale price is less than $2, you can stock up.  You can safely store eggs for about 4 to 6 weeks AFTER the expiration date as long as you keep the eggs nice and cold (not in the freezer) and they are not cracked.  You can't beat 49¢ for a dozen eggs!

By the way, there are no coupons in this week's paper.  I will miss them like an old friend.  But, this is a great time to clean out those binders and hanging files of inserts.

Take a little time to prepare for next week's shopping trip today!!!

Enjoy the beautiful weather and please remember our troops (living and passed on) and their families.  I hate war!

Fwd: Fw: Refer a friend to PineCone Research

Hey, Everyone!
Here is an email I received this week from a survey group I joined over a year ago.  Each survey you complete will give you a $3 credit in your account.  You can opt to receive a $3 check after each survey or do as I do and let the balance grow until it gets to $30, $45, or more and then request a payout.  You will not get rich doing the surveys.   I receive an average of 4 to 6 per month or $12 to $18 per month.  So, I do it to offset my newspaper subscription that comes to about $14.40 per month.  So, all of my newspapers (4 per week) are free.

It takes about 15 minutes to complete each survey.  Some are really not interesting at all.  But most really are very interesting.  It is fun to learn about new products being developed.

Finally, not everyone who applies will be accepted.  On the other hand, if you have better things to do than sit down and answer questions about a product that you don't use because it has yet to hit the market, go clip some more coupons instead.

Have fun!
ShaRon :o)

PineCone Research is still growing and we need your help!   We are offering select members the opportunity to recommend membership to a friend or relative who is NOT a member of their household.
Do you know of households that would like to join the PineCone Research Panel? If so, please FORWARD A COPY of this email to each household you would like to refer so that they may click on the registration link shown below.  That household should complete the registration form themselves and submit it. REMEMBER THAT ONLY ONE PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD MAY REGISTER. Multiple registrations of the same Household will void all registrations.
Here is the link to the registration:

As a member in good standing, you've already seen the benefits of being part of PineCone Research. So please, share the benefits of membership with a friend. Don't forget, please don't tell them about any of the products that you have seen in our questionnaires or tried in your home. Remember, it's important that your PineCone Research survey and product testing experiences remain confidential.
If your referral has any questions, they can email us at scott@pineconeresearch.com or click on the link to learn more about PineCone Research.

Rookie Mistakes...

I love to coupon and my passion for it does not seem to be waning.  I tear, circle, clip, and cut coupons in my sleep.  I think of ways to find more printable coupons every single time I sit down at my computer.  Having said all of this, I still find that I am continuing to make rookie couponing mistakes.

For example, I had a recent shopping trip where I bought over $80 worth of groceries for just 11¢.  Actually, the store owed me money but would not ring me out because they don't allow overage.  So, I had to get a jar of mayonnaise for which I had no coupon.  But, I got that 30 ounce jar of Hellman's mayonnaise for 11¢!

Anyway, in my haste to share my awesome feat with my husband, I left the store without getting any rainchecks for some of the great sales they had that week.  In fact, I have been doing that for several shopping trips.  My excuses range from "I forgot" to "I really had to get to choir rehearsal."

Nothing makes my stomach sink faster than picking up the following week's circular only to see items for twice the price it was the week before.  Of course, I really need it and did not get a raincheck when it was on sale.

I promise myself now that I will never again leave the store without a raincheck.  No more rookie mistakes At least, not that one.

$5 ALL YOU Subscription

Hey, Y'all!
It looks like we all survived the snow storms and St. V's Day!
Pretty sparse coupon inserts this Sunday, only one insert.  On a brighter note, here's the link for a $5 one year subscription to ALL YOU magazine. I subscribe to five!  I use at least $2 to $4 from each one each month.  All of the coupons double at my local stores here in Maryland (except for Walmart and the pharmacies).  Here's the subscription link $5 ALL YOU Subscription. I don't know how long this special rate will last, so don't wait too long.

So far, it looks like only one insert next week, too.  Bummer!

Take care, stay warm, and happy couponing!

Couponing in the Snow...

Hey, Y'all!

I visited the ShopRite website to get more information about the last days of their double $1 coupon event that has been ongoing for four months.  The last day was supposed to be today.

BUT, WAIT! The ShopRite double $1 coupon event has been extended to March 1st!!!! I am so happy even though I can only do 20 coupons per day.  No problem.  I live close enough to make a couple of trips everyday.

My supplies are running low and the sales are great.  I have not been back to do a big trip since I got embarrassed at the supermarket over a month ago.

But I will go later today to see what deals I can get on some much needed supplies at ShopRite and CVS.

Four great coupon inserts and you can use both P&G coupon inserts for the next 6 days!

Happy Couponing!
