It was really worth it...again!

I made a second trip to Harris Teeter this afternoon.  The Honest Tea was just one of the many great deals I made.  I have actually gotten Honest Tea for free but for a mere 8¢ per bottle, I was not going to burn up a gallon of gas trying to find it somewhere else for less.  

 2012-09-13_14-28-54_906.jpgMy printable coupons had a face value of $1.25 (on two bottles) and each one doubled to $2.50 on two bottles. The sale price was 3/$4 or $1.33 per bottle for a total of 8¢ after the coupon.

 Here are the totals from my second shopping spree at HT Thursday afternoon.

Total before coupons and loyalty care was $86.07.

My total after swiping my VIC loyalty card was $54.93.

 The final total after my coupons and senior shopping discount of 5% was $7.97.  

That was a savings of 92%!  There are more great deals waiting at other grocery stores this week.  So, grab your coupons and go shoppin'!
